2000 – Bandag Manufacturing Pty. Ltd., Boral Tyres Pty. Ltd. and Belltread Pty. Ltd. purchased from Boral Limited. Boral Tyres Pty. Ltd. company name changed to Quality Tyre Sales Pty. Ltd. (QTS).

2001 – The Group achieved the ISO 14001 Environmental Standard at all main manufacturing sites.

2001 – B-Safe was introduced

2002 – Net sales revenue exceeds $500m for the first time.
         – A new state of the art Bandag tread press was commissioned &andinstalled at the Wacol Queensland precure tread facility.
         – The achievement of a significant milestone in Occupational Health & Saftey was AS/NZS4801 certificaion in all
            South Australian locations.

2003 – The new Victorian State Sales Office and warehouse was opened at Derrimut.

2004 – During the year the new warehouse and distribution centre was opened at Smeaton Grange, an outer suburb of Sydney, NSW.
