Circularity through retreading

Bandag retreads are not only a process of remanufacturing old tyres to new, our process captures as much product and rubber waste as possible for reuse – offering circularity in our product and minimising waste and valuing resources.

1. Manufacturing our tread through a combination of raw materials and reclaimed, recycled rubber from old tyre casings.

2. Capturing and reusing rubber waste powder back into the manufacturing process.

3. Remanufacturing old customer tyre casings into retreads.

4. Waste that cannot be re-used in manufacturing is recycled into new rubber products.
