Graham’s Thoughts On On-Road Tyre Pressure
18 October, 2016

According to Australian 4WD Action’s Graham Cahill, getting your on-road tyre pressure right is good for a few things – your vehicle, the lifespan of your tyres and your hip pocket.

He ran a quick experiment and discovered that he was able to save one litre of diesel per 100 kilometres travelled, simply by ensuring his tyres were at the right pressure.

Although that may not sound like a whole lot, when you take into consideration the lifespan of your tyres it ends up being a substantial saving. It’s as simple as putting the right amount of air in your tyres and making sure it stays there.

Take it from Graham Cahill.
