And to keep you even safer, all Bridgestone staff will continue to observe strict hygiene rules as they take care of your tyre needs, car servicing, repairs including punctures, and expert safety checks. But if you’d like to request a complete contactless experience, we can easily arrange it for you.

Book on the phone

Call 131229 to connect to your nearest store. Our dedicated team will be there to assist you with expert tyre and mechanical advice.

 

Active sanitising

Our team members have been trained on additional hygiene procedures. You’ll notice our team members wearing preventative equipment, and frequently cleaning high contact surfaces both in our showrooms and on your vehicle.

Contactless service

Call us when you arrive and we will meet you at your car. Contactless payment is available via Zip at most stores. No need to sign anything and we’ll email your invoice to you. If you’d prefer to wait in our showroom, you’ll notice our team members practising social distancing.

 

Pick up / drop off service

Available at selected stores so you don’t need to leave your home. Check for availability when booking.

 

Priority service for essential workers

We recognise the important work and longer hours that our emergency service, grocery distribution and retailer staff are doing right now for the community. We’re offering priority service and more flexible hours to service their vehicles. Check in for availability at your store and simply mention “priority service” when you book.
