Welcome to the third Truganina office move update, providing you with information on construction progress, photos and videos of the new office coming to life and action items to help you feel fully prepared for the move.
Please take the time to read carefully so you have the most relevant and up-to-date information.
Key Milestones/Dates
NBN service installation - COMPLETE
Warehouse stock transfer - UNDERWAY
State Office Move Date - FRIDAY 21 MAY
Store Move Date - FRIDAY 28 MAYFirst day of trade from Truganina - MONDAY 31 MAY

REMINDER: Clean up your stuff!
The countdown is on until the big move, so please ensure all department items are packed up and ready to go, including:
- Clear out old papers and brochures - recycle where appropriate
- Sort through and clear out desk drawers
- Gather all your personal items into a box
- Get your computer equipment ready to transfer
- The Commercial Store should also be prepared to relocate equipment on move day
Rubbish and Recycling
A hard rubbish bin is on site at the State Office, as well as an additional paper and cardboard bin for non-branded and/or sensitive material.
Please place any old promotional goods, sensitive and branded material in the stillage at the Store for responsible shredding and disposal.
