Bridgestone Australia Launches New Websites

Welcome to Bridgestone Australia Ltd's new website.

In keeping with the latest Internet technology, Bridgestone Australia has developed an updated suite of websites to greatly improve the user experience both visually and ergonomically.

Careful attention has been placed on ease of use with a menu system making site navigation clear and concise. Features such as contrast and font enlargement allow easier reading for the visually impaired.

The home page has been designed for visitors to see the latest offers and brand advertisements with animated banners and images relating to our retail promotions.

A new improved tyre selector makes finding vehicles or sizes simpler. Additional features help pinpoint the best tyre for any vehicle model with an added driving style tool. Better graphics and descriptions of each tyre's technology together with comparison charts provide the ultimate guide to easier tyre selection.

A complete redesign of the Dealer Locator using Microsoft's® Virtual Earth (TM) makes it easier to find a dealer, whether it be close to home or near work, with direction guides and advanced searching on specific  services.

For visitors who desire more of an overview of Bridgestone's tyre patterns, tyre categories have been simplified down to 3 main categories, Passenger, 4x4 and Light truck. These sections display a broad range of tyres and sorted from high performance to entry level touring.  Our new 4x4 section sorts patterns by their on or off road strengths.

Together with these features we have created a new category for Commercial tyres which bundles Truck, Fleet, Agricultural and Earthmover sections together.

A new Media category provides various resources to download wallpapers, TV commercials, view recent promotions like the Control Freak and find images of our favourite Gecko.

Our retail and Corporate websites have also undergone a revamp. Bridgestone Select web site was launched mid 2007 and we have revamped our Bridgestone Tyre Centre web site.
