We are seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants who possess exceptional telephone sales techniques and a desire to provide high levels of customer service.
A strong service quality focus, energy, enthusiasm and an eye for detail are essential. Your outstanding interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills will be paramount to your success.
Experience using the NEC Q-Master System is an advantage, although not essential as a comprehensive training and induction program will be provided.
